1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, placing an order, making a payment, or engaging with SoulScript Legacy in any form, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Delivery & Fulfilment Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Service

SoulScript Legacy provides personalised storytelling, custom writing, and made-to-order literary novels based on information voluntarily shared by the client. Each product is bespoke and created uniquely for the client.

Due to the creative nature of the service, outcomes may vary by writing style, narrative structure, and artistic interpretation. By booking, you acknowledge that this is not a mass-produced or standardized product.

The number of chapters and pages mentioned under any edition (Confession, Classic, Essence, Legacy, etc.) are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Final chapter count and page count depend entirely on the depth, quality, and length of the story content shared by the client.

If your story content is short or limited in events, the final book may have fewer chapters or pages than the estimate. If your story is rich in events, details, and moments, the final book may be longer. Stories are subjective and personal, and therefore a fixed chapter or page count cannot be promised.

If we feel the story is too short to match the estimated chapter count, we may request additional content from your side. If additional content is not provided and the story primarily contains emotions rather than events, the final manuscript may naturally be shorter.

We do not artificially stretch stories to increase chapters or pages. Forcing additional length may result in repetition, filler content, or fictional additions, which compromises writing quality. This is against our creative standards and the integrity of the story.

Any request to add new events, plotlines, characters, or significantly expand the story beyond what was originally shared will be treated as a paid add-on or revision.

By booking our service, you acknowledge and accept that chapter count and page count are creative estimates, not deliverable guarantees, and the final output is shaped by the story you share.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. If you are placing an order on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the legal authority and consent to share required details.

4. Booking, Scope & Client Responsibilities

A project is considered officially booked only after full payment (or applicable advance payment for COD) is received and confirmed by SoulScript Legacy.

The client is responsible for providing accurate inputs, story details, names, spellings, dates, and reference materials. SoulScript Legacy is not responsible for factual inaccuracies arising from incomplete, incorrect, or misleading information provided by the client.

Delays caused by late inputs, delayed approvals, or unresponsiveness from the client may extend timelines without penalty to SoulScript Legacy.

5. Revisions & Approvals

Revision scope (if applicable) is limited to reasonable edits aligned with the original agreed brief. Requests that substantially change the story direction, add new characters/arcs, or expand the scope may be treated as additional work and may require additional charges.

Final approval from the client is required before printing (for printed editions). Once approved, no changes can be made to printed copies.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, SoulScript Legacy retains copyright and intellectual property rights in the manuscript, narrative structure, creative expression, and all written content created as part of the service.

Upon full payment and final delivery, the client is granted a perpetual, non-transferable, personal-use license to use, gift, and privately share the novel. Commercial use — including resale, republication, public distribution, adaptation, narration, audiobook, screenplay creation, or monetized content creation — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from SoulScript Legacy.

SoulScript Legacy retains the right to reuse general writing techniques, templates, frameworks, and creative methodologies across projects. The client does not acquire ownership over our internal creative processes.

Client privacy remains protected. Client stories or excerpts are never published, posted, or used for marketing without explicit written consent.

7. Prohibited Content & Ethical Boundaries

SoulScript Legacy will not create content that includes illegal material, explicit sexual content involving minors, content promoting violence, hate, harassment, extortion, defamation, or any material that violates Indian law.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if the requested content or project intent is deemed unethical, unsafe, or legally risky.

8. Payments & Non-Payment

Payments are processed through Razorpay or other agreed methods. For COD orders, a minimum advance payment may be required. SoulScript Legacy reserves the right to pause or terminate work if payments are delayed, disputed, reversed, or not received.

Any payment gateway charges, bank fees, or taxes (if applicable) are borne by the client unless stated otherwise.

9. Delivery Timelines

Delivery and fulfilment timelines are estimates and are governed by our Delivery & Fulfilment Policy. Special date delivery is not guaranteed.

10. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Due to the personalised and made-to-order nature of the service, orders are generally non-refundable once writing has started.

11. Client Conduct & Communication Rules

We maintain a respectful working environment. Clients must communicate professionally. Harassment, threats, abuse, manipulation, excessive spamming, repeated calls, coercion, or pressure tactics toward our team are not tolerated.

SoulScript Legacy reserves the right to issue warnings, limit communication channels, pause work, or terminate service if conduct violates these boundaries.

12. Termination of Service

SoulScript Legacy may terminate an order or ongoing project at its sole discretion if:

• Client violates conduct standards
• Client requests illegal or prohibited content
• Client disputes/charges back payments unfairly
• Client repeatedly changes scope unreasonably
• Client remains unresponsive for extended periods

Any refund (if applicable) will be assessed as per the Refund Policy and based on work completed.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoulScript Legacy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including emotional distress, loss of reputation, missed occasions, or personal relationship outcomes arising from use of our services.

Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific order.

14. Force Majeure

SoulScript Legacy shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, supply chain disruptions, platform outages, or third-party service failures.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
