Delivery & Fulfilment Policy

1. Overview

SoulScript Legacy creates fully personalised, made-to-order literary novels. Each order involves writing, editing, formatting, quality checks, and (where applicable) print production and courier dispatch.

All timelines shared are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

2. Manuscript (PDF) Completion Timeline

After booking confirmation and story intake, the estimated manuscript (PDF) completion timelines are:

  • Confession Edition: 8–12 working days
  • Classic Edition: 8–12 working days
  • Essence Edition: 8–18 working days

Timelines may vary depending on story complexity, revisions, client responsiveness, and current production load.

3. Printing & Doorstep Delivery Timeline

Once the manuscript is completed and approved, printed delivery timelines (doorstep) are estimated as:

  • Confession & Classic Editions: 4–6 weeks
  • Essence Edition: 8–12 weeks

These are estimated timelines and may vary based on print schedules, quality control checks, logistics capacity, pin code serviceability, and external factors.

4. Third-Party Printing & Courier Services

Printed editions are fulfilled through independent third-party printing and courier/logistics partners. We coordinate dispatch and tracking, however SoulScript Legacy does not have operational control over third-party timelines or delivery performance.

As a result, SoulScript Legacy shall not be held liable for delays or disruptions caused by third-party partners, including but not limited to courier delays, transit disruptions, strikes, technical failures, weather events, regulatory restrictions, or force majeure circumstances.

5. No Guaranteed Occasion Delivery

While we may try to accommodate special occasions (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries, Valentine’s Day), we do not guarantee delivery on a specific date. Customers are advised to place orders well in advance.

6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including pin code and contact number. Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect/incomplete address details are the customer’s responsibility.

Courier partners follow their internal delivery-attempt policies. If delivery fails due to unavailability, refusal, or non-reachability, the shipment may be returned (RTO) or marked undeliverable. Re-dispatch, if requested, may require additional charges.

7. Tracking & Dispatch Updates

Tracking details are shared once a printed order is dispatched, subject to availability from the courier partner. In some cases, tracking activation may take 24–48 hours after dispatch.

8. Reprints & Replacement Shipments

If a printed product is damaged in transit or lost by the courier, we will assist with escalation and resolution. Outcomes are subject to courier partner investigation and printing partner re-production timelines where applicable.

9. Delayed Order Resolution & Compensation Policy

As each order is custom-written, reviewed, and produced individually, delivery timelines may occasionally extend beyond the estimated schedule. If an order is delayed by more than 10 working days beyond the committed timeline, the customer may be eligible for compensation of up to 8% of the order value or a complimentary memory book, subject to internal review and the stage of completion of the order.

For Ultra Priority Service, if the order is delayed by 2 or more working days due solely to our internal processing, writing, review, or production delay, the full Ultra Priority fee paid by the customer will be refunded. Delays caused by courier partners, logistics disruptions, weather conditions, incorrect shipping details, failed delivery attempts, regional service interruptions, or any other external delivery issue shall not be covered under this clause.

If the delay exceeds 20 working days beyond the committed timeline, the matter shall be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the work already completed, the customer may be offered additional compensation, a higher partial refund, or order cancellation support.

This Delivery & Fulfilment Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
