📜 Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
SoulScript Legacy is a personalised storytelling and custom writing service founded by Aabhas Arya, based in India.
We work closely with individuals to transform their real-life experiences into thoughtfully written novels and literary keepsakes.
Your story is personal. Your privacy matters deeply to us.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and ultimately delete your information.
Let’s start your legacy — in your own words.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to create your personalised work, including:
Personal details shared voluntarily (name or preferred name)
Stories, memories, messages, and voice notes shared via WhatsApp
Communication details for coordination and delivery
Payment-related information processed via trusted payment gateways
We do not collect unnecessary personal data.
3. How We Collect Information
Information is shared directly by you through:
WhatsApp messages or voice notes
Optional calls or conversations during the writing process
We do not scrape, track, or collect personal data from external sources.
4. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used only to:
Understand your story and creative requirements
Write, edit, and deliver your personalised novel
Coordinate printing and delivery (where applicable)
Communicate clearly during the project lifecycle
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.
5. Use of AI-Assisted Tools
SoulScript Legacy may use AI-based tools in an assistive capacity only, including:
Draft refinement and language polishing
Creative brainstorming and idea exploration
Cover concept ideation
All storytelling structure, emotional depth, narrative direction, and final editorial decisions are human-led.
AI tools do not replace the writer and do not independently create final manuscripts.
6. Storage of Information
Client files may be temporarily stored:
Locally on secure personal devices
On private Google Docs used solely for drafting and editing
Access to these files is limited strictly to the writer/editor involved and, where applicable, the trusted printing partner.
7. Printing & Third-Party Services
For printed editions, manuscripts are shared only with a trusted third-party printing partner.
The printer uses files strictly for printing purposes
No copies are retained after printing
No data is reused or redistributed
At present, SoulScript Legacy operates primarily as a custom writing service, with printing handled externally when required.
8. Data Deletion & Retention
All client files — including story drafts, messages, and documents — are permanently deleted after delivery of the final novel.
We do not retain:
Stories
Drafts
Voice notes
Anonymised excerpts
unless specifically requested by the client.
You may also request early deletion at any point after project completion.
9. Information Sharing
We do not share your information with any third party except:
Payment processing platforms (e.g., Razorpay)
Printing partners (only if a physical book is ordered)
We never use your story for marketing, promotion, or portfolio display without explicit written consent.
10. Payments
Payments are processed through Razorpay or other agreed methods.
We offer:
Full prepaid orders
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders with 50% advance payment
Payment details are handled securely by the payment platform. We do not store card or bank information.

13. Unclaimed Work & Order Abandonment Policy
As our services involve creating fully personalized books and literary content, we do not maintain inventory or reusable stock. Once a project has been initiated, it is created specifically for the customer.
If a customer fails to complete the required payment and remains unresponsive to our communication attempts (including WhatsApp messages, emails, or calls) for a continuous period of 30 days, the order will be considered abandoned.
In such cases, we reserve the right to repurpose the created content by moving it to our Sample / Portfolio Section for demonstrative or promotional purposes.
After this period, the customer relinquishes any claims regarding privacy, exclusivity, or ownership of the unfinished or unpaid content.
This policy exists to protect our creative resources, time, and effort invested in personalized work.

Some stories aren’t meant for display —
They’re meant to be felt.
A real, human service — not AI — that turns your breakups, grief, and growing pains into a novel written for you.
It’s just for you, from your pain to your legacy.

We live your heartbreak.
You share your story with us. We write it — every ache, every joy — into a novel that’s only yours.
You share your story with us. We write it — every ache, every joy — into a novel that’s only yours.

We write you a legacy.
You get a book that says what pictures couldn’t. Something you can hold, and never lose.
Real, raw words.
What others have felt.
“I wish someone could understand how much it meant to me.”

“I never wanted to forget, but I didn’t know how to hold on.”

“My pictures didn’t say enough. This book did.”

Process.
Step 1: Share your story.
Step 1: Share your story.
You tell us what happened — raw, messy, real.

Step 2: We write your novel.
Step 2: We write your novel.
We turn your pain into pages. No shortcuts, no bots.
Step 3: Get your book.
Step 3: Get your book.
A soul-bound book shows up in your hands, with your heart inside.

Process.
“It felt like my heart had been printed. I didn’t expect to cry, but I did.”
